Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for Lending Product Development Manager who will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for lending product development and implementation with strategic partners especially SME and Consumer segmentation to increase the revenue
• Initiate or propose programs for the SME & Consumer market that are tailored to the needs
• Conduct socialization and coordination of SME & Consumer products & programs with all related parties, so that the implementation of products / programs complies with applicable regulations and meets audit standards both internal and external
• Conduct monitoring and evaluate new products/programs/initiatives for the SME & Consumer market after they are implemented as well as provide input or review before being handed over to business units.
• Colaborate with external parties for BaaS services

Qualifications

For this position, we will need someone who:

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Experience in Banking Industry whether as Lending, Credit Analyst or Product Development
• Minimum level 2 BSMR certification
• Deep knowledge on end-to-end business analysis and credit process
• Able to lead work teams and provide direction
• Ability to work and communicate cross-functionally; collaborate & influence as part of a team
• Having extensive network with regulators, providers, strategic business partners are preferable
