As a Network Security Engineer at Bank Sampoerna, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure. 2. Network Activity Analysis:

Your role will involve monitoring and analyzing firewall activity, including open connections, intusion prevention system (IPS) alerts, and virtual private network (VPN) traffic. By leveraging your expertise in network security tools and techniques, you will detect and respond to suspicious behavior and potential security breaches.

Certifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following certifications and skills:

- Certification in network security or related fields, such as Security+, CCNA Security, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer).

- Strong understanding of firewall technologies and protocols, including packet filtering, stateful inspection, and application-layer filtering.

- Proficiency in firewall management platforms and tools, such as Palo Alto Networks Panorama, Check Point SmartConsole, and Fortinet FortiGate.

- Experience with network traffic analysis tools and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).

- Familiarity with web application firewall (WAF) solutions and best practices for securing web applications.

- Knowledge of DNS management principles and SFTP protocols for secure file transfer.
