Bank Sahabat Sampoerna are looking for Risk Management Specialist who will be responsible for the following:

• Identify, evaluate, and monitor risks that may impact the bank financial health and operational effectiveness.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyses to determine the potential impact of various risk factors.
• Analyze and prepare the Bank Risk Profile and ICAAP reports.
• Monitor and review the Risk Appetite Statement and Credit Limit Parameters to ensure alignment with the bank strategic objectives.
• Monitor the implementation of BMPK (Bank Minimum Capital Requirement) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks.
• Promote and socialize a risk-aware culture within the organization.

Qualifications

For this role, we will need someone who:

• Min Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 1 years experience in risk management / internal audit / compliance / credit analyst in banking or financial industry.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in risk management tools, and excellent communication abilities.
