Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, or Property Management.
- Experience in handling building operations, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of building maintenance systems, such as electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and office space management.
- Ability to create and manage operational (OPEX) & investment (CAPEX) budgets.
- Knowledge of regulations related to health and safety (K3) and facility permits
- Managerial & Communication Skills
- Administrative & Documentation Skills
