Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for Strategic & Development Management National who will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for supporting activities in Special Asset Management.
• Create and run programs for Special Asset Management.
• Handle proposal reviews and credit recovery processes.
• Develop and manage improvement projects in Special Asset Management.
• Manage team manpower and capacity planning.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Special Asset Management SOPs.
• Oversee the daily activities of the support team.
• Track team performance and set necessary policies.
• Lead projects to improve work processes and efficiency in Special Asset Management.

Qualifications

For this position, we will need someone who:

• Minimum education: Bachelor Degree (S1).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in credit and Special Asset Management.
• Understands financial analysis.
