Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for Corporate Legal who will be responsible for the following:

1. Provide legal advice and opinions to business units to ensure that business operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

2. Protect the company legal interests in its relationships with third parties, especially regarding agreements.

3. Oversee the administration and management of all legal documentation.

4. Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

5. Lead Corporate Legal team and make sure work distributions

6. Increase legal awareness in the company

Qualifications

1. Minimum education Bachelor
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal
3. Experience in banking industry
