Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for Corporate Legal Project Specialist who will be responsible for the following:

1. Provide legal advice and opinions to business units to ensure that business operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
2. Protect the company legal interests in its relationships with third parties, especially regarding agreements.
3. Oversee the administration and management of all legal documentation.
4. Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Qualifications

For this role, we will need someone who:

1. Minimum education: Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law or related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience working in a law firm, preferably with exposure to banking and financial industries (e.g., fintech, P2P lending, etc.).
3. Proven ability to manage multiple legal projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
4. Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to financial services.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
