• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, IT, Operations, Risk Management) and external partners (vendors & partners) in the development of product solutions.

• Prepare business proposals and product solution documentation to meet both internal and external needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Business, Management, Finance, Information Systems, or other related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in product management, banking digital products, or payment system development, with a strong business orientation.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Business-oriented mindset and strong analytical capabilities to translate business needs into product solutions.

• Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
